The match will be held at King Fahd International in Riyadh. After nine goalless appearances against Inter, top scorer Rafael Leao bagged a brace in the derby in September, and the Portugal winger will feature on the Rossoneri's left wing.
Meanwhile, Inter striker Romelu Lukaku took part in group training earlier this week,
with the aim of being declared fit to play on Wednesday night.
However, both club captain Samir Handanovic and midfielder Marcelo Brozovic have been ruled out by Simone Inzaghi due to their injury problems.
